Jane Penn '21

What is your favorite athletic memory as a Tatnall Hornet?
My favorite memory is probably first being able to play tennis for Tatnall.

What is the most important lesson playing sports at Tatnall taught you?
The most important lesson I've learned is to keep going, even if things feel difficult.

What was the biggest difficulty you faced in your athletic career, and how did you overcome it?
The biggest difficulty I felt was moving from JV to Varsity volleyball. I didn't think I was good enough, but all of the players were very supportive.

If you could say one thing to younger Hornet athletes, what would it be?
If you find a sport you like, stick with it.

Who is a teammate or coach you would like to spotlight, and how did they help you as a Tatnall athlete?
I especially remember my doubles partner Ellen Zammarchi '18 who I played with my first year of tennis here. I have fond memories of playing together, and we made a good team.
