"I loved the freedom to ask questions and share your opinions in the Tatnall Middle School. The teachers make the students feel comfortable in their environment."

Welcome

Welcome to Tatnall's Middle School, where we help our students build confidence and character! Students in grades 6-8 engage with a curriculum that balances challenge with support and innovation with structure, to meet students' rapidly evolving personal and academic talents. Through our dynamic teachers, interdisciplinary learning experiences, and various co-curricular activities, the Middle School at Tatnall builds confidence, helps students make connections, and cultivates a vibrant community of learners!

Middle School Admissions Process

The Tatnall School considers applications for admission on a rolling basis. Beginning in December 2022, once a family completes the application process, the Committee will review all materials, including Financial Aid applications (if applicable), and communicate the admission and financial aid decision. The first round of admissions decisions will be issued in January. The decision package will include information regarding the time frame for family response to secure students' enrollment.

In addition, please keep in mind that the majority of admission decisions occur in January and February. It is recommended that all admission application materials and Financial Aid applications for prospective students be completed by February 1, 2023; however, we continue to work on rolling admissions basis after this date.

Please find below the admissions process. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Enrollment at 302-892-4285.
