Strategic Plan

In Fall 2024, we engaged Brad Gioia and Marjo Talbott from Strategic School Partners to help guide this process. After six months of research and the input of over 200 community members to help envision the growth and success of Tatnall, the Board of Trustees has approved the vision and goals set forth in this plan. Implementation steps have already begun in earnest, and we will be communicating regularly with the community as we actualize our ambitions.

We are excited to build upon Tatnall's momentum as we strengthen our school identity, embrace the seismic shifts in 21st-century education, and solidify our reputation for excellence in academics, arts, athletics, and community values. 

Great schools demonstrate a commitment to learning, innovation, and improvement as an institution. Our new Strategic Plan is a road map to guide Tatnall into a dynamic and successful future, building upon the wonderful history and traditions that make this school special, and doubling down on the hallmarks of our education that have permeated generations of student life.
