Re-enrollment FAQs
The Office of Enrollment will send you an email with a link to the electronic enrollment contract the week of February 2, 2026. There is a two week deadline to complete the contract and submit a 10% deposit.
Tatnall will continue to use FACTS Tuition Management for the 2026–2027 school year. Each year, families are required to set up their FACTS account for the upcoming school year. You will access FACTS through your Enrollment portal.
Even if you choose to pay tuition in a single lump sum, a FACTS account is still required to manage miscellaneous charges such as field trips. Credit card and EFT payments can be made directly through FACTS Tuition Management.
The Tatnall School uses Finalsite to manage enrollment each school year. Please click here to access your Enrollment portal.
The amount will be 10% of the net tuition (total tuition less any Tuition Assistance award). Depending on the tuition for your child(ren) and the Tuition Assistance award, the required deposit amount will vary. Families not receiving Tuition Assistance will pay 10% of the total tuition amount.
Families will receive notification of their tuition assistance awards via the electronic re-enrollment contract. The contract will detail your award amount and your tuition balance. Please review your grant amount and tuition commitment for the 2026-2027 school year. By completing the enrollment contract with your electronic signature, you are agreeing to pay the net tuition due.
After completing the contract process, you will be prompted to submit your enrollment deposit through the Enrollment Portal using a credit card, debit card, or EFT bank transaction.
To avoid the electronic service charge, you may also deliver a check to Lauren Williams in the Business Office. Please note that a student is not considered enrolled until both the contract and enrollment deposit have been received.
All tuition payments (after the 10% deposit) are managed through FACTS Management. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
The following processing fees apply:
Credit Card - up to 3.05%
Debit Card - up to 3.05%
Checking or Savings Account - no fee
Card transactions for The Tatnall School are processed by FACTS Management Company, USA.

If you feel your current award does not fully reflect your family’s needs, we invite you to request a reconsideration. Our Financial Assistance Committee reviews all requests thoughtfully, confidentially, and with care. Providing as much detail and documentation as possible will help us better understand your circumstances and make a fair, informed decision.
You may begin this process by completing the Individualized Family Tuition Reconsideration Form. The form will ask for updated information about your household income, expenses, or other factors that affect your ability to meet tuition costs.
After submitting the form, please email us at [email protected] to confirm your submission and include any supporting documentation as attachments. We will follow up within 5–7 business days, either with questions or with our decision.
