This year, Tatnall’s advanced theater class, Showcase: Advanced Production and Design, is pleased to present “The Women of Lockerbie.” A poetic drama about the triumph of love over hate, “The Women of Lockerbie” tells the story of a mother from New Jersey who roams the hills of Lockerbie, Scotland, looking for the remains of her son, which were lost in the crash of Pan Am 103.
With the prevalent theme of terrorism in today’s society, “The Women of Lockerbie” emphasizes the fight for peace and the harsh effects of terrorism on everyday families.
The show will run at 7:30 p.m. in Tatnall’s Laird Performing Arts Center from February 23 through February 25. Tickets will be sold at the door and will cost $10 for adults and $8 for students and senior citizens.
