To figure out what you're best at. Also, to chase your goals no matter what they may be.

Being injured my senior season.

Find the sport you love and work hard at it. Also, don’t take yourself too seriously.
Who is a teammate or coach you would like to spotlight, and how did they help you as a Tatnall athlete?
Coach Castagno has helped me a lot as a runner, I don’t know where I would be without him.
