Active engagement and exploration is key when it comes to the sciences at Tatnall. Whether they’re analyzing the movement of water through the water cycle or examining specimens to investigate cell structures, students develop process skills that will help them solve problems not only in a higher academic level, but in their everyday lives.
6th Grade, Science
In the sixth grade, problem-solving is a common theme as students are expected to put it all under a microscope and really grasp various scientific subjects. From understanding Newton’s three laws of motion to learning how to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, students will find the answers to all their questions in all things biological and physical.
