Protect Yourself & Others
Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
Maintain at least 6 feet distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or use the inside of your elbow.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Stay home if you are experiencing symptoms.
If you have a fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early.
Stay informed and follow the advice provided by your healthcare provider.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks. Most common EPA-registered household disinfectants will work.
