What is your favorite athletic memory as a Tatnall Hornet?
My favorite memory has gotta be the day we won against Delcastle in the Basketball State Championship Playoffs. The crowd screaming and rushing the court while my best friend Darien and I were screaming and hugging! That day was really amazing and something I'll never forget!
What is your favorite athletic memory as a Tatnall Hornet?
Sophomore year spring track state championships. We were not supposed to take home a trophy and through some insane act we ended up getting second. I will never forget running a lap with the team holding the trophy above us. It was an unforgettable experience that we are hoping to repeat this year, just with a first-place trophy instead.
What is your favorite athletic memory as a Tatnall Hornet?
My favorite memory as a Tatnall Hornet would have to be winning cross country states this year by a good amount after coming off of a tough, close loss the year before. It really showed that the work we had put in for the last six to seven months had finally paid off and I had the opportunity to enjoy the victory of my best friends and some of the best runners in the state.
What is your favorite athletic memory as a Tatnall Hornet?
Our most recent lacrosse game against Newark Charter. Making a huge fourth quarter comeback and scoring a goal with 2.8 seconds left to send it to overtime, and eventually winning in overtime, on Senior Day.
What was your favorite athletic memory as a Tatnall Hornet? Watching our field hockey team score against Delmar in the championship game of the state tournament my junior year. It was 27 degrees, and we were losing, but we were one of only three teams that scored a goal against them the entire season.
What is your favorite athletic memory as a Tatnall Hornet?
My favorite athletics memory as a Tatnall Hornet was my sophomore year field hockey season. I came to Tatnall as a sophomore, and I was very fortunate to be able to make varsity my first year. At our first game against Saint Andrews of that season, I scored the first and only goal of the game for the win. It was the best feeling. Or potentially when I was nominated for Delaware Athlete of the Month - even though I didn’t win, it felt amazing to be recognized with so many other great athletes!
What is your favorite athletic memory as a Tatnall Hornet?
My favorite memory is in my junior year when we were ranked 24th in the playoffs and ended up being the only team in Delaware’s history to defeat the 9th seed.
What is your favorite athletic memory as a Tatnall Hornet?
My favorite athletic memory while here at Tatnall was my junior year homecoming volleyball game; it was so fun and exciting to get to play with my teammates in front of such a loud excited crowd. It's something I'll never forget!
What is your favorite athletic memory as a Tatnall Hornet?
During my junior year field hockey, we were in overtime against Sanford. We beat them, and I was one of the seven girls on the field, which led us to the quarterfinals of the playoffs.
What is your favorite athletic memory as a Tatnall Hornet? I loved the crowd at the first round of the State Tournament my junior year - there was so much support in the crowd, and that definitely helped with our success.
