We offer several options to provide families flexibility in determining the payment plan that best meets their needs. Payment plans are managed by Tatnall or by FACTS Management.
Option 1: Payment of full tuition due on or before August 1. The Tuition Refund Plan is not required with this option.
Option 2: 60% of the tuition due by August 1; 40% due by December 1. Payments are made through FACTS Management. A tuition deferral fee (1.5% per month) will be applied to the outstanding balance beginning August 1. The Tuition Refund Plan is required with this option at the premium rate of 0.75% of the tuition obligation.
Option 3: Monthly payments through FACTS Management. A tuition deferral fee (1.5% per month) will be applied to the outstanding balance beginning August 1. The Tuition Refund Plan is required with this option at the premium rate of 0.75% of the tuition obligation.

The Tatnall School is committed to ensuring that an excellent independent education is accessible to as many qualified students as possible. Tatnall partners with School and Student Services (SSS) through the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) to analyze a family’s eligibility for tuition assistance. Tatnall's financial aid grants are based on demonstrated financial need without regard to gender, race, religion, or ethnicity.
Prospective families should complete a Personal Financial Statement (PFS) through the SSS website during the application process in order to be considered for a financial aid grant. Our priority deadline is January 2nd of each year, as the majority of enrollment decisions are made in January; however, we do accept financial and admissions applications on a rolling basis thereafter.
Returning families should complete their Personal Financial Statement (PFS) by December 15th of each academic year.
To complete an SSS application, please click the "School and Student Services Link" below. Tatnall's school code for SSS is 7624.
Tatnall's Board of Trustees is determined that the financial impact of the virus should not stand in the way of any current or new student from receiving a Tatnall education. Simply put, no student should leave Tatnall because of the impact of COVID-19 on his or her family." Thus, the Board has created a Financial Assistance Program, the Tatnall Cares Fund, and will make up to $1,000,000 available during the 2020-2021 academic year as short-term assistance to families demonstrating financial need caused by COVID-19.
This application is for families who have been financially impacted specifically by COVID-19. Please complete all fields that are applicable to your family. Additionally, send any supporting documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Financial Aid Committee will review your application and its explanation and make decisions on a rolling basis.
