The Black & Gold Club is the parent support organization for Tatnall athletics.
- Staffing the snack bar in the Beekley Gym Lobby is just one of the ways Black & Gold volunteers contribute.
Black & Gold is staffed by parent volunteers. Black & Gold sponsors fundraising activities and services that assist the school’s athletic department by supporting teams, improving equipment and recognizing athletes and coaches for their involvement and achievement.
Among the services that Black & Gold provides are:
• Sports photos of senior athletes
• Stocking and staffing concessions for home sporting events
• Sale of athletic merchandise including logo apparel, blankets and umbrellas
• Coordinating sports roster program preparation and soliciting advertising for weekly team rosters
All parents of students in grades 7-12 are automatically members of the Black & Gold Club. The club holds monthly meetings in the lobby of the Beekley Gymnasium.
